By accessing or using the SUTE.ai website and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
SUTE.ai provides AI-powered business orchestration software, including SUTE Lite and SUTE HQ. Access to certain features may require registration or an invitation. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
Where account registration is required, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems.
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with SUTE.ai are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our express written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services. Accessing them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SUTE.ai and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The governing jurisdiction will be confirmed upon finalisation of company registration and will be updated here.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date above.
